Product Introduction
Nanos provides a range of catheter components for interventional medical device applications, including Guide Sheaths, Micro-catheters, Reducer Catheters, Supporting Catheters, Thrombus Aspiration Catheters, Adjustable Curved Sheath Tubes, and Multi-directional Curved Sheaths. Polymer materials, tube structures, dimensions, and processing methods can be customized to meet OEM development requirements and support sample validation.

Applications

Parameters and Customization
Customizable parameters include material, outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, length, tolerance, coating, color, distal structure, grinding profile, packaging, and EO sterilization requirements.
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces. Sample evaluation can be discussed according to specific project requirements.
FAQ and Service Policy
Nanos provides hypotubes, guide wires, mandrels, polymer materials, and related processing services. ISO 13485 and GMP qualifications are available. EO-sterilized products can be supplied upon request.
Up to 10 samples can be provided for evaluation, with freight paid by the client. Quotations are based on EXW terms, with 100% T/T payment in advance.
After-Sales Policy
Nanos provides a 12-month warranty. Products with confirmed quality defects are eligible for free replacement, while damage caused by improper use or human factors is excluded from free warranty service.
